I appreciate this additional MRI information. The only MRI machine I attempted to get involved with was NOT at all like either of the photos shown in these recent posts. Not even close!

Perhaps they needed to render me motionless, as they nearly did, because they needed to get my mid body into the machine for a prostate scan.... and be held like that for a period of time. Guessing here because we never got that far. That has been the only and last time I'll ever even listen to an MRI opportunity.

I asked my doctor if the same result couldn't be acquired with the CRT and he said no. Not sure I believed that. Since I've also declined a prostate biopsy, he's lost interest in me. I've been seen the last 2 times by his PA, who also is a urologist Ph.D. He tells me they'll continue doing a PSA every 6 months prior to the visit. So far, the PSA is still high, but declining slowly.

I like to point out that I never had a PSA above 4 UNTIL they did a failed Urolift on me. That failed due to the prostate being too soft to hold the "staples", and after 6- 7 weeks I was back to using a catheter and waiting for a TURP procedure, which has been a blessing for the last 3 years. How it was that he didn't know that about my prostate physical condition prior to the Urolift is still a big question to me.
