I'm guessing we need more than the "recommended daily amount" (RDA) of K2 when we are taking large amounts of D3, but that's just a guess.

It's fine to get RDAs from natural sources when possible, but the standard RDA for D3 isn't nearly enough to produce the anti-plaque benefits of maintaining a D3 blood level near 80. To get blood levels that high, most people have to take 5-10k units of D3 daily. The standard RDA for D3 is 600 IU, 700 IU if you're over 700.
