Do you buy the combination of D3 with the K2 and MK2? Where do you buy it? Are these combination pills a better way than separately. I've read the D3 and K2 should be at a 1000:10 mg ratio.

I'm definitely interested in starting this regimen, but I hope to avoid a lot of experimenting to get the right combination.
