Hi Bob,

Back for the first part of earnings, then focusing on the end of fiscal year project deliverables.

I am currently starting to convert my tech/growth stocks into dividend stocks. I have set an exit date, I hope to be retired in less than 3 years. My best friend from high school is retiring in 18 months with his wife. That and my older brother passing away after what was supposed to be a minor medical biopsy recently has made me decide it now or never. He had been putting off retirement for the last 2 year even though he had almost a full pension and now he is never going to experience it.

I am trying to switch to cover call ETFs now before they start to lower rates. It is still possible to get 7 to 8.5 percent yield.

You were looking at preferreds for a while. Did that turn out to be winning strategy?

I am looking at Greece and Italy as potential retirement locations. Low tax residence visas for 10 or 15 years and if I get citizenship I can continue to travel with Europe after 70 without extra high travel insurance as all EU countries honor the health plan of other EU countries. Panama and Belize are on the list but the heat in the summer may be too much. I like warm summer but 100 degree F is too much for me.

Now it is a scramble to plan retirement. Crazy lot to do. Almost of much work as a full time job.

I am on my last product cycle at work. It sound strange to say it and I never though I would.

How is the car restoration going?
