If law enforcement agencies are using the NSA database or any other form of warrantless surveillance to track American citizens involved in the trucker convoy/protest in Texas, then they are committing a crime. Two federal judges in two separate court cases already ruled that warrantless surveillance is illegal because it violates the 4th amendment rights of every American citizen. Yet they do it anyway - a FISA court judge in 2021 publicly rebuked the FBI for using warrantless surveillance to track Trump supporters in relation to Jan 6th. The FBI & DOJ should be asked if they are currently using warrantless surveillance to track those exercising their first amendment rights in relation to Texas. They have used information obtained illegally in the past to build false cases agst innocent, peaceful, law-abiding Americans & if they can’t force you to settle & end up in court, they lie & create/construct a parallel chain of evidence to hide the illegal origins of the case from judges & juries. Learn about warrantless surveillance & parallel construction. Know your rights before they are taken from you.
