That's interesting, ig. I think my notion was also due to the old saying I've gone by, Vitamins in the day, minerals at night.

Sorry if I'm repeating myself on the board, but I remember one time taking B6 before bed because I was having some ulnar impingement symptoms. The effect was unpleasant. I had non-stop vivid dreams that were so intense I felt wore out when I woke up.

I don't recall what the dosage was, maybe it turns out it was too high. Nevertheless, I'm gun shy now about taking vitamins later than early afternoon.
