Mannie,
I wasn't at the game - I was sitting in my living room, saying some bad words, until the first 4th down dropped pass by the Lions in the 3rd quarter. That was the opening. From there, the momentum shift was huge. We'll take it.
I'll say this about Campbell -- he's genuine, his team has completely bought into him, he appears to be a great leader, no excuses, and he coached this game the way he's coached since the day he was hired. I disagree with a couple of his decisions based on the game situation, but that's been his thing all along and a couple of guys simply didn't execute when they could have. He didn't hang them out after the game, which many coaches would have done. I hope Detroit fans realize today what a gem they have in him, just as much as they did a week ago.
EDIT: I think the same of Jared Goff. Classy guy. Supports his coach, supports his teammates. Another excellent leader, in the face of a rough loss.
