I agree about taking D with a fatty food. Since I do a lot of intermittent fasting, I take the capsules on an empty stomach (both D and K2s) on those days because they contain a small amount of oil.

This recent discussion about D is making me rethink the issue, though. If D (and the Ks) don't affect sleep like I thought, I'm going to try taking it with dinner. If all goes well, I'll have a new routine.

Speaking of which, it's been quite a while since I've had my D level checked.

WRT zinc, it came up a lot in the discussions about Covid concerning its power to kill viruses. Turned out that it needs an ionophore like Quercitin to get it into affected cells to do the job so I started taking them together.

I don't know if an ionophore is needed or useful otherwise, but whenever I take zinc I still take it with Quercitin.
