Albert,

Good for you! I cannot believe the "response" that my comments on the SI:XCOM thread has caused. May emails and phone calls. I got call yesterday from the new President of CrossComm..his name is Nigel Machin. Nigel was the first person I ever worked for at CrossComm. He is a legend. At onetime Nigel ran one the most "feared" sales force in the industry. I told Nigel that if he can bring focus and energy to the company then I know they can really turn things around. In short, the company must (1) define an achievable strategic corporate objective, (2) focus the sales force around the corporate objective and (3) execute. CrossComm was successfully in the past because they had a focused product line, focused sales force and the best service in the industry. I think they can achieve these objectives; and I expect to see them successful in the future.
