Wharfie, court filings mean nothing. Trump's lawyers file a ton of motions in court. It says nothing about whether the arguments behind said filings hold any water.

As for the ill-fated plea deal itself, I'm glad it was scrapped. Junior needs to face the consequences of his own actions like a man. He can't keep running to papa for legal favors.

And the sooner you Democrats throw him under the bus, instead of continuing to treat him like some poor victim, the better.
