Yup just like the big flood around Abbotsford = all man made once again Then people cry wolf on forest fires well nobody told you to build a house were the fire risk is high in Forest with scotch pine needle trees When there is a fire out in the Okanagon bush and hundreds of home burn to the ground really who's fault is it ? Your the dummy who built in the bush where the house does not belong in the 1st place
