CNTY coming up on my screeners - seems to be quite cheap on a private market value basis. Of course, it's cyclical and those 20y lease liabilities on the balance sheet seem to be concerning. That said, do I see gambling changing massively in the next 20y? Well, that's the primary risk. Will continue to mull over it.
