Karl,

I copied this info from the Boston Globe. A link to this thread made reference to this article over the weekend. It was a question on whether Systemsoft or SSAX would benefit from this new small cap fund.
Let me know your thoughts.

Ginty

FIDELITY TO LAUNCH NEW SMALL-CAP FUND

Published on 01/11/98. Article 49 of 64 found.
SOURCE: By Lynnley Browning,

Fidelity Investments, seeking to tap growing consumer interest in
investing in smaller companies, plans to launch a second
small-capitalization mutual fund soon. A Fidelity spokesman said the
Boston-based giant, the world's largest mutual fund company, with $600
billion in assets, had filed documents with authorities last December to
set up the fund, which will be called the Fidelity Small Cap Stock fund.
Small-cap funds are relatively new territory for Fidelity, which now has
only one such vehicle.
