JR, I agree with your assessment.
I would add, when my patience is at an end, I resort to other measures. In this case, I have started to trade half of my position. Buying under 2 3/8 and selling over 2 3/4. Doesn't sound like much, but a successful trade of 10-20% sure makes the waiting easier.
Of coarse, if the stock were to explode through the 2 3/4 barrier, you would be caught without a full position. I went through a similar situation with TPRO, where it traded in a predictable range for a period of time, and only recently broke through to new highs.

Play it either way (LONG), and I think you be rewarded. I was somewhat surprised that the resistance at 2 3/4 was not taken out, due to the increase in volume. Until it happens I will not argue with the chart and simply try to find the profits that are there for the taking. I also like DCO as a conservative play (under 32).
