I have been thinking after this morning's turn of events. As individual stockholders our only leverage is maintaing open lines of communication with management. We don't have the same clout as a large institutional investors who can and do effect management decisions and frequently have influence re members of the board. We are certainly not in a position to make technical recommendations regarding product development, production, and distribution. With this in mind what then can our role be? I suggest we demand frequent, accurate and honest information from management. Only then can we make intelligent investment decisions. To this end I suggest(again) that the Valence WEB site undergo a major make over. The following are minimum requrements.

1. Publish Email addresses of management. This would allow the private investor to at least have a one way dialog.
2. Post regular (weekly would be a good start) updates as to the status of developing production lines, status of testing batteries etc
3.Post dates and times of up coming conference calls along with the proceedure to participate.
4.Current technology allows audio of Stockholders Meeting and conference calls to be made available via RealAudio.
5.Describe the technology. More graphics.
6.Post a message from the new CEO outlining his vision and game plan.

If anyone else has other suggestions please add to the above. Perhaps we can forward this management.

Robert
