with the current assault on to provide more bandwith, it does take time but with more
than one source trying to compete, the roll out of higher speed access, is occurring at a
faster rate. everyone wants to have the service in there area today, but the roll out of
new, faster technology is occurring quicker than isdn when it was introduced.


I could not agree more. ISDN had a lot of problems too due to a lack of understanding by the ROBOCS. ISDN is a dead end now in my opinion.

xDSL looks more promising to me than cable due to the large debt of most cable companies. Not sure, however.
