Biden is the same as he always has been. He has a speech disability. Trump is clearly losing it in the moment. His impulsive (if not decline, truly stupid) behavior in court is another indicator. You can disagree with Biden on policy, and his age is a fact. There is a reason why the "hopeful" cult pounds on the senility frame. Sure, I would prefer a younger candidate with stronger communication skills -- like the younger Bill Clinton or Obama. But judging Biden on accomplishment and ability to get shit done in a fragmented government is no contest.
