I've been lurking on this board so many months (10) that I feel I know virtually all of you. Sonny, I recall the same thing as Tony. Justice was raising concerns over an MSFT/INTU combination because it would give MSFT a stranglehold over the income tax and home accounting software markets in which MSFT had been unsuccessfully attempting to compete. MSFT backed off only because of the pressure. So I doubt that Bill G. would want to revisit that battleground. I suspect a potential suiter might be someone like IBM/Lotus.
