Big name mutual funds sometimes shy away from stocks that are out of favor. They prefer to buy the stock after it has doubled if the trend is good and the stock is given good ratings by analysts. I believe SSAX is a turnaround situation and it might take another quarter or so of meeting expectations before a new fund buys the shares. We should find out where were at now with the earnings release and conference call. Next quarter should be very interesting. Many shares are currently held by institutions which have had positions for awhile. H&Q became a big player in '97 and this is significant since they are financial advisors to the company.
