Herb: I've been starring at your note for quite a while thinking how to respond to it or respond at all. I won't touch Job's military tactics bought to the corporate world but I would like to make some comments regarding the NAZI government of Germany and Adolph Hitler. The NAZI government was not a government run amuck. It was well organized and EXECUTED very well. To describe Hitler as a petty little dictator minimalizes the horrific nature of the "man". Hitler was no fool although we would like to picture him a la Chaplinesque version. Anyway, how in the world did the two come up in the same breath? Ed.
