VK, it's possible, but as you know, it would definitely hurt the upside potential for gain. As I said before, if anything, to make it attractive to shareholders, I don't think anything less than the 20-22 area would suffice. Those are very, very big numbers with 333M? shares outstanding. I said if (IF) it did happen, it would be a complex deal as I see it. Joe <complex? Could involve a lot of things. Could involve an LBO, who knows what else it could involve> PS: Personally, I would like to see it move on it's own to the 22-25 range. But, we shall see, we shall see.
