Yeah, I know John...good points about the shareholders and their existing frustrations from the failed GTIS marriage. I guess my thought is based on economics (pay now for a lower price) instead of later logic (let a little time pass to heal some wounds). It seems correct that internally an offer about now would be turned away (up to what price I don't know...can't very well turn down a high offer easily). Externally, it may very well take a hostile...perhaps my thoughts should more reflect that this window I have identified (buyout) has greater odds of occurring if the conditions were hostile.

Cheap price? I think so. MPRS line-up? Not so bad to me. Hostile offers near? No clue...my intent was to hold MPRS shares until x-mas (98) anyway, any hostile before then would please me but may not offer a realistic value for MPRS holders of longer duration (longer than myself). They may be the ones that bought MPRS for a more distant performance instead of a quick hostile for $4,5,6?. I have to respect their position and would have to agree that the potential may very well be there.

I guess I sit steady and watch the stock in anticipation of future sales. As I said earlier, I hope all the products launch to schedule (original timeline, not revised).

Thanks for your feedback John...I hope all your holdings do well!
