I think a number of people bought in last week in anticipation of a settlement before the oral presentation. Once that opportunity passed, it became more likely that we would go for an actual decision between Dec and April. Many "investors" will leave and come back closer to the final word. I'd like to see what numbers Fonar can post. Of course I'd rather see what this recent quarter shows but that will take a couple weeks. Why don't they get the financials out on time?
