I have been talking about an El Nino blowout come April and I am sticking to my guns. Now I don't know what type new pattern will develop but pretty soon (March) I'm gonna dig into forecasting a model for all of us in North America. One thing for certain Clone,the tropics will be active and I am concerned about the entire east coast. Not just tropical storms but tropical weather that can bring flooding. Very normal for post El Nino.
