Do you know if Qualcomm's ALA with ARM covers ARMv9?

The last time Qualcomm produced their own chipset designs based upon ARM architecture I believe ARMv9 didn't exist or was very new. This would mean Qualcomm's prior custom chipsets were ARMv8 based.

I do know Qualcomm has a TLA covering ARMv9 but does their ALA also cover ARMv9. Nuvia's obviously covered ARMv9.

Could this possible difference in ALAs not be the basis of the current battle?
