So, water vapour is a greenhouse gas eh? I don't hear much about that particular greenhouse gas in the media.

What I do know, just like most people, is that when the sky goes from cloudy to clear at night it quickly gets colder as all the heat radiates straight to outer space. If the opposite happens, clouds form over a clear sky at night it gets warmer as soon as the clouds cover things up.

That is why very hot places like the Sahara Desert can be so cold at night. Those super clear skies just radiate all the heat in the ground out into space.

You don't even need a thermometer to notice it. The body shivering will be good enough to detect the change.
