<< Dinosaurs on the Ark>>

The Bible does a really good job of explaining modern day appreciation of science to people who lived thousand of years ago, who didn't go to school, didn't write, and probably only herded sheep.

The world was made in six days. A hard one to explain to a sheep herder a thousand or so years ago. Hence an understandable time interval... really means time periods much longer then a day on Earth.

Does the bible get the creation bit in the right order though?

"Let there be Light".

That is a good line. The "Big Bang" theory looks to be poor substitute at the moment -g-

Same with the Ark. Mega floods a long time ago have been shown to occur. Why is some guy, who supposedly knows better, bringing dinosaurs onto the Ark? Just because of a stretched (very stretched) literal interpretation of a sentence ?

The guy is an idiot, and studying hard to becoming an even bigger idiot.
