Actually, you were totally wrong. You said they would argue that it was a witch hunt. I found that amusing, especially since their lead counsel is one of top USSC litigators in the country.

Good lawyers make multiple legal arguments. You can choose which ones you think are valid, and the USSC will correct you when they issue their decision.
