The country deserves a ruling on each of those constitutional issues, none of which conflicts with another.

Personally, I think they will decide the president is not an officer as contemplated by section 3, and they will pass on defining an insurrection and what it means to engage in one.

There are many parts of the constitution that apply to the president only, but section 3 of the 14th may not. That has nothing to do with your flawed assertion that they are saying he's above the law.

You say that just because you hate him, which is your right protected by the first amendment.
