Seems interesting and the valuation seems fair on current results. Can you explain (in layman's terms) why rental demand took off massively mid-2022? Is it sustainable? The 10K doesn't really explain it well and that's why I've passed on in the past. (Essentially, I haven't understood the key drivers of the business.)
