Sig, K.M., Patrick. OTOT. This guy has $1,000 to launch his fortune with and he heard of some small company in the Northern tier that was facing bankruptcy until it got a government order for one million doses of vaccine. It seems to me that if anthrax is Saddam's major bio weapon, the U.S. could dose all our Kuwaiti and Israeli friends with vaccine a lot more cheaply and with a lot more good will than we'll win by starting to kill people.
