Here is the problem. When your body is infected with a virus or biological agent such as bacteria they infect cells, especially from viruses. The virus needs those cells to replicate! So adjacent cells get infected and so on and so on. Irrespective of the blood stream. Even if you could perfectly UV blood without affecting other agents in your blood you would still be infected until the immune system kicked in!
