LOL - well, if you actually read the full link (that you demanded) you would know all of the context issues being litigated. So now you've gone from 1. ridiculing the very notion of the president not being an "officer" as defined in the constitution, 2. calling Trump and his lawyers dummies, 3. saying Trump is arguing to be above the law (ridiculous), and 4. calling me a liar for saying there had already been a mention of the issue in a prior ruling, to now ignorantly yakking about context. TenQ, you're becoming a complete waste of time. Either educate yourself about what is being decided by SCOTUS, or stop with the nonsense since you are embarrassing yourself.
