Curious what you think about WMB results?

For such a super blue chip reliable payer with nice long term outlook, it's five year share price increase isn't too impressive.

From about $29 to $34, in five years.

I own it, but since the dividend is mostly taxed now, and the yield below 6%, I'm wondering whether it's worth holding onto. Why not instead own EPD paying tax free 7.6% (but reducing cost basis)?

I've started selling $35 covered calls on my WMB (i've got some expiring Friday), and when it eventually gets called I'll put the funds into EPD I think.

Why doesn't WMB's stock price go up much? Any opinion?
