Read my post again, then you'll see that I don't disagree with you regarding the cash problem. My point is that if the Sanda cash has come in, then there is $16-$20 million new cash which would solve the cash problem. In addition, if we add $18 (between 16-20) million cash infusion to the total of $35.4 million (9/31)shareholder equity, that adds up to a new current shareholder equity that passes $52 million, the minimum requirement set by BNY. Possibly, then, DBCO can continue the credit facility with BNY.
