Not that Mike can't speak for himself, but the fact of the matter is this, filing a Form 10 ain't rocket science. Any garage schlock operation can put together a Form 10 filing. So, the following question is begged and begged strenuously: Why wouldn't a company file a 10?

Perhaps they have something to hide? Perhaps the share #s are a bit higher than the core investors believe them to be? Perhaps the financials are a bit worse than the core investors believe them to be?

It's really amazing. Why is it that stonewalling continues? Whether or not the above is true, failure to file a 10 conveys the PERCEPTION that there is a problem. And why wouldn't any company want to clear up improper perceptions? Perhaps because they are factual?

Just once I would like to see a company come out and say: " We have no news to report because there is no good news to report." or "We are doing a reverse split,1 for 50, because our stock won't ever move because we don't have fundamentals. And sure, once we do the reverse, the stock price will still tank. But that's not why we're doing the reverse. The reverse allows us to issue more shares up to the amount originally authorized..."

That openness would be so refreshing that, using reverse psychology, it might actually stimulate buying.
