I think Apple will get the AVP right. Even some of those returning it said they'd be in line to get a later model.

The current AVP is almost a proof of concept device with its high price, high weight and limited software all dampen the interest and usability in it, for now.

Once they bring the price down, lessen the weight and work out other glitches common in 1st generation devices, the AVP should be a success down the road when better models come out.
