When a country is sanctioned they do what is necessary
to move forward, see Iran, China, Russia probably the
most sanctioned countries for doing absolutely what
I do not know. Amerikkkan, UKIS foreign policy is
no longer diplomacy but sanctions applying.

Vlad being KGB is any different than Obama having
CIA mom/dad or Bush Sr. being CIA Chief? I'm sure
all British PM's are approved by MI6. All of Israel's
PM are Mossad approved if not Mossad agents/chief's

From the people I follow that live in St. Petersberg/Moscow
they report that everything is easily obtainable while here
in amerikkka I have to wait for 6 months to get a colonoscopy,
I have to get approval and jump thru hoops to get insurance
approval for surgery, the grocery shelves once full now have
lack of goods here and there, the list goes on and on.

But if your friends/family are happy to be British then more
power to them for finding their way to where they want to be.
All I know and see is that the CW wants war/genocide more war
while Vlad tried to live with the CW in peace. Sadly that's the world
we live in today
