Then I answered you question by showing you that selective prosecution cases are common.

Now you are saying:
So what? That has nothing to do with whether any ruling on the case will be overturned

So by saying "so what" you are admitting you were wrong about the frequency of selective prosecution cases. And their viability if filed properly.

I guess you are admitting that such a claim can be made (even by Trump), but you have decided for yourself that Trump would be unsuccessful with this type of motion. So on what legal basis did Judge TenQ decide this issue?
