I don't think the price drop/downgrade of LTBG was not warranted due to uncollectible revenue. The company has carved out a very interesting niche in the telecom industry and has excellent management. It's a great time to pickup LTBG... I just did. I wouldn't be surprised if the stock goes back to 18+ in the next few weeks.
