I just can't resist the temptation. I have to tell y'all that I'm losing my faith in the belief that generally high quality investors visit SI boards as opposed to the morons on Yahoo, etc. I always thought the $125 fee qualified out the sheep.

Has anyone ever done any research on LOCK or on the players involved in this melodrama? Today was just the height of the ridiculous moves that the promoters behind LOCK have made. They truly have gone from run of the mill stock scammers to the Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight.

I wont bore you with all the detail that y'all should have picked up prior to today. Like the Reg-S offshore financing (gee, I wonder where all that selling has come from in the past two weeks!) or the massive insider selling (read the S-4s filed with the SEC for God's sake--its in the public record), or the public relations firm that was hired with hundreds of thousands of dollars to hype the price and volume so that the Reg-S investor and the insiders could dump their shares on the market. Not to mention the CLOSE OUT liquidator who goes from selling liquidated toy shipments one day to signing bogus alleged $6m orders for gun locks the next! Wheres he going to dump those locks--in Taiwan? Malaysia? This was the worst scam I'd ever heard of UNTIL TODAY when it got even more ridiculous.

Did you notice who put out that "buy recommendation". Could that be the same State Street Securities who made a fortune being the placement agent for the Reg-S financing in November? The same State Street Securities that gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars more if the Reg-S warrants get exercised? Read the S-8 from November people! The only thing more amazing than having a financially interested party put out an allegedly "independent " research report is that State Street actually charged LOCK for doing it! They should have given it away!

Oh, by the way, anybody bother to read the S-1 filed today? You know, where the company registered almost 3 million shares to be dumped on the market by SELLING SHAREHOLDERS and by the Reg-S investor (when he exercises his warrants)? So much for the long-term outlook of company insiders and existing investors! You'd think they would have been smart enough to at least wait a day before they filed the S-1 so that the price could have run up big time. What a bunch of losers! They are truly "The Scammers Who Couldn't Shoot Straight".

Notice: I have no financial interest in this stock, because you can't short the damn thing unless your'e a market maker (no shares to borrow anywhere). I found out about this amazing fraud too late. When this thing is exposed and this stock crashes and burns, don't bother lining up at LOCK's or MDC's (the PR firm) door. They'll all be long gone.
