Many in this region of WV have access to nearby NG wells. Would never have bot (late 2008) large, deep rural, 19th Century landmark historical home (declared by County Historical Society with front lawn sign (at their expense), without one.

Well on far side of the hill we also own (part of 29 contiguous acres). That NG supply long ago deeded into the property at favorable rates. Not bragging. Have regular posting SI friends with net worth far higher than mine. Only pointing out, my circumstances shouldn't surprise anyone coming from a successful retired buy side professional investor with a NG sector focus, despite starting out with very little, 50 yrs ago.
