Excuse me please!
In looking over your link, I find that the Euorpean market is lumped into 'one' area, and not broken down by each country. This means to me that if anyone has a problem, they could conceivably get help, and I like that 'presence'! I wouldn't want to get in an argument here, but assuming that Yaccov lives where he says (Switzerland), isn't it just possible that he may know what he is talking about? Ink (or Web page printing) is relatively cheap (or free), and if one were to read everything that was published, and believe it, no one would be able to make a move! Having lived in Europe a couple of times over a period of several years, I have to agree that 'mail order' sales are no where near as popular! Remember that Europe is actually a small geographic area, and there are at least 7 countries (not counties) there. Going out to 'buy' a computer is probably an 'outing'! Maybe DELL ought to set up 'stores' to sell? Maybe DELL is 'ramping' up to do that?
IMHO, all of the 'quoting' of 'sources' may be just 'smoke and mirrors'!
