The fourth qtr of 1997 was the first quarter of positive net income in the company's history. The apparent purpose of the reverse split is to change the listing area on the NASDAQ. I would have thought this positive earning report would have propelled the price upward. Any thoughts on why the price is going in the opposite direction? Walt
