He chose not to settle with Carroll because he didn't rape her and he didn't defame her. Would you give me a couple million bucks if I accused you of something and then, when you denied it, I sued you for defamation?

That's why he chose not to settle in the civil fraud case. He even declined a jury trial just to lie about being "denied a jury trial."
This statement proves to me that you didn't read the judge's decision. The judge explained in detail why Trump was not entitled to a jury. Trump never declined one and never lied about being denied one.

You have a habit of making grand proclamations without knowing the facts. And those ignorant proclamations serve to reinforce your opinions on matters, especially about Trump.
