Turbotax has also had a number of forms and problems this year, unlike any other year I can remember. Some are federal issues, some are state issues, and some are their own lack of quality control.

Not familiar with that particular form but on a different topic, those of us waiting on K-1 forms are SOL as we have to wait for Congress to finalize something before EPD will issue their K-1. Word got out about that last week, I think. So some of this problem goes back to those bozo's who are off on another break.
