Biden and Obama were lucky enuf to bookend the Greatest Putz of All Time.
"No drama" Obama was an empty suit. Great orator, but hardly did anything that demonstrated true leadership. Even after he was re-elected, he still went out there making speeches and continually proclaiming himself as an outsider fighting against the so-called "establishment."

Obama deserves to be somewhere in the middle of the rankings.

Brandon, however, deserves to be at the bottom, like I said before. In my book, he is competing against Trump and Jimmy Carter for last place.

Trump, by the way, would be the undisputed occupier of the last place slot, if it weren't for the fact that he is creating a major political shift in our two-party system, for better or for worse.
