TL;DR

I'd stay away from any brick&mortar casino. A substantial number of people get their gambling jollies sitting on their asses with their phones. And the peple running those operations don't have to worry about lease payments, payroll, keeping hotels full or all the burdens of maintaining an ever more glitzy attraction.
