Open Thoughts to Mr. Price & Friends.

Dear Mr. (lightning) Price, You may wish to read this again to see where I'm comming from.

Your in need of some very strong professional staff for total assistance with the day to day
run of the projects at hand IMO. After years of toil and building this company more or less
single handed it's time. Can you see your self clear of the idea that we need your protection
more than ever. The time is now for you to add safe staffing for all of the work you do and
get back with Mr. I, into the deal making. Your the best at that and excellent in the rest
yet enough is enough! Play Task Master and Direct the firm. IMO we would be very hurt if
you should take ill from over work and I for one dislike that idea. So please face the fact
by looking for the extra staff now. There is no disrespect ment just common sense in my words
to you. Over the past years of projects and service you have more at-ah-boy's to fill the
share count. Why take the chance of over work to have one ah-sh__ wipe them out! Please give
us protection at this time with a very trusted friend to take care of the day to day operations.

A Friend of NPEC and MDIN for years not days, remember when we last spoke it was time, now it
is late IMO. So play band master and direct the music if you may.

Regards,
Jim.....
