Recently the treasury market has been choking down issues, not "buying" same. I've lined up a real estate sale and will be adding considerable to treasuries in a month.

I see nothing that convinces me the Fed can lower rates without major, major consequences.

Most likely? Stall till November, a republican wins, Fed sets a fire.If it's trump, that is 99% certain.
